How to order?
Just tell us what you like to order from
the quotation. The dealing is done after
your signing and deposit payment of our
proforma-invoice.

What is the minimum order quantity and how
about delivery?
Our minimum order quantity is 30 pieces
per item. We shall deliver your products
to you within four to six weeks from the
date of order confirmation through deposit
payment.

How to settle delivery charges or custom
tax?
We shall charge you at cost plus overhead
and will clearly indicate in the invoice.

How to pay?
Cash, cheques and telegraphic transfer
are all acceptable, depending on the circumstance.

When to pay?
You have to pay the 30% deposit amount
indicated at the invoice before start of
production and pay the rest before delivery.

How about deposit?
30% deposit of the total invoice amount
is required to confirm your orders.

How to tailor-made jewels?
Just give us your designs and we will
quote you the price and do the rest for
you.

How to refund or return for sub-standard
products?
No refund is provided. Please check carefully
upon delivery. If any sub-standard feature
is found within 7 days of delivery, we shall
arrangement replacement.
